Performance Guarantee: If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with the performance of your Gridiron product we will correct or replace it. Give us a call or send us an email.
Some exceptions may apply: The springs, bungee elements, and finish provided with your Gridiron products are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered by the guarantee.
Replacement service agreement for misuse or abuse: Should you damage your Gridiron product through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for 1/2 the current suggested list price. Send a photo of the damaged product with a brief description of what and how the product failed to the email listed on our website along with your contact information.

Amazing customer service… Hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a hardware issue with my Proslide XT which I bought from a vendor, not Gridironcts, but contacted Gridironcts due to the issue and it could not have been a better experience. These guys stand behind their product and want nothing more than to ensure their customer’s happiness… That’s how I was made to feel anyways! Outside of the customer service, the Proslide XT is simply put, amazing! If you are looking for something to enhance your or your customer’s curbside appeal when it comes to striping a lawn, this is it! You absolutely will not find something that stripes better than a Proslide XT; my advice, buy it!

I never give 5 stars in a review. Most products are always lacking somewhere. Tha is not the case with the Pro Slide. It is the best sulkie on the market. I have been using it for over 10 years and nothing comes close to it. The stripes in the turf are brighter. Super easy on and off for backing up or close trimming.
They also have the best customer service I have ever dealt with.
This is a great company and a fantastic product.
